The refund will be issued to the payment method used to place the original order. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the items are defective or the order has been canceled under the distance selling regulations. Please refer to the "Cancellation Rights" section for more information.

Please note: €10.00 will be charged for the return of the order.

If you have used a discount code with a value limit and the value of the return exceeds this threshold, the value of the discount code will be deducted from the refunded amount.

Please be reminded that the return process may take up to 21 working days to receive a refund for your item/items.
