Why the payment has been declined?Updated 2 years ago
The order's payment may fail due to the following reasons:
- The credit/debit card may have expired, check if your card is still valid
- You may have exceeded the credit limit in your card. If so, please contact your Bank's card issuer to check this.
- You might have entered incorrect information during the payment. Please verify to have filled all the information correctly and to do not have entered the Card's number without spaces.
If it is not any of these reasons, please contact your Bank's card issuer.
