Once the returned parcel reaches the warehouse, the refund process begins after quality control. Typically, refund times range from 7 to 12 working days from acceptance of the return, i.e. from the moment the product is deemed fit for return after quality control. It may take up to two weeks for the bank or credit card issuer to authorise the re-credit after processing the refund. The refund is made to the original payment method used for the purchase. We cannot process a return in the absence of an original proof of purchase.
