When the online order is processed and the payment authorised, you will receive the following messages by e-mail:
Order confirmation: Confirmation that we have received the order you requested and an order number. You will receive this e-mail within a few minutes after the completion of your order. If you have not received a confirmation e-mail but were still charged, please contact our Customer Care Team at [email protected]
Delivery information: Sent once the order has been processed and is ready for shipment from our warehouse. You will receive a second e-mail containing a DHL tracking number that will allow you to follow your order to its destination. The courier's system may take up to 24 hours to update the shipping information.
