RETURNS PROCESSING TIME

We accept returns of the orders made on the website within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the order. 

You can drop off your parcel at any DHL Service Point within 5 days from the date of receipt of the prepaid return label. If you have requested a home pick-up, you will have to hand over the parcel to the courier on the agreed date and time.

CONDITIONS OF THE ITEM

The item must be intact: it must not be used or damaged, and must be returned with the tag and its original packaging in good condition. If these conditions are not met, the item will be rejected and returned to the sender. Altered or worn items will not be accepted. 

RETURN COSTS

The return cost is 10€ to cover the cost of return and creation of the shipping label. This charge is deducted from the refund of the order, however, the charge does not apply in the case of receipt of a damaged product or one that is different from the item ordered. For all other currencies, a fee equivalent to €10 is charged depending on the local exchange rate.
