If a returned item does not pass quality control because it does not meet the conditions set out in our returns policy, the item will be sent back to the sender. For a return to be accepted, the item must be intact: it must not be used or damaged, it must come with the original tags and include all original accessories in good condition. In the absence of these conditions, the return will be refused.
