The item I ordered is faulty, what can I do?Updated 2 years ago

We kindly advise you to contact our Customer Care Team at [email protected], specifying:

  • Order's number (WPS....)
  • SKU product code which you can find in the order's confirmation email 
  • A picture showing the product's defect

Additional information can be useful, for instance if the item was washed or dried in a specific way.
