I have received the wrong item, what can I do?Updated 2 years ago

First of all, we apologise for this inconvenience, we will do our best to solve this as soon as possible! 

Please contact our Customer Care Team at [email protected], specifying your order's number and the product's SKU code you have received by mistake. Also we ask you to attach pictures of the physical product received, including a picture of the product's label where the SKU code is visible so that the Customer Care Team can run some checks with the warehouse. 

In case of a shipping issue, a full refund will be offered as a goodwill gesture to the payment method used to place the order.
