I have not received one of the product I ordered online. What can I do?Updated 2 years ago

If you have ordered multiple products, we may have shipped one of them in a separate parcel to guarantee a quicker delivery. We suggest you to check your order's shipping confirmation email and click on the shipment link to track the order. 

If the order has been split in multiple parcels, you will receive different DHL tracking numbers by emails that you can click on via hyperlink to monitor the order's delivery status. 

If an article is missing or you can't locate the parcel through the DHL tracking number, please contact the Customer Care Team at [email protected] , specifying both the order's number and the product's SKU code missing that you can find in the order's confirmation email.
